What is an Action Credit?
Action Credits are used when you run actions across ClarifyLeads tools. Different tools may consume different credit amounts depending on the work performed.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Paid-plan credits renew monthly, and unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next credit cycle.
How are annual plan credits delivered?
Annual subscriptions are billed yearly, but their Action Credits are added monthly rather than delivered all at once.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Contact support to request cancellation. Available cancellation methods, effective timing, and continued access will be confirmed for your account.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Contact support to discuss a plan change. Available options and when a change takes effect depend on your current subscription.
Are taxes included in the displayed prices?
Applicable taxes may be calculated by Lemon Squeezy at checkout based on the customer’s location and billing information.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Actions that require credits pause until credits renew or more capacity is arranged. Your stored CRM records remain available.
